Students from countries outside the United States, who are planning to come to the U.S. for FAA Aircraft Dispatcher training must enter on an M-1 student visa. Institute of Flight Operations and Dispatch will complete a U.S. Immigration form known as the SEVIS I-20, along with the I-901 SEVIS tracking, and then forward it to the student by Express Mail. The Prospective Airline Dispatcher Student must clearly complete the Dispatch School Application form and the I-20 details requested on the international student form. Institute of Flight Operations and Dispatch must know certain specific information about the student prior to issuing the SEVIS I-20.

 

The first step is to fill out the Dispatch School Application for admission, found on- line under the Prospective Students tab above. There will be a processing fee of $450.00 US dollars. This fee must be wire transferred to the school. The processing fee is for the SEVIS I-20 & I-901 government fees and associated express courier charges. Upon receipt, we will immediately send you the completed I-20 immigration form and the I-901 via Fed Ex. Upon receipt of the SEVIS I-20 form you should make an appointment with the US Embassy or Consulate for an M-1 Student Visa. On Obtaining the M-1 Visa, the student must wire transfer the full Tuition and Registration of $4250.00 prior to first entry into the USA. Please ensure that you contact us with wiring instructions in order for the Dispatch School may notify SEVIS. Housing is paid by the student on arrival in the United States. Housing costs are approximately $1225.00 single and $800.00 sharing with another student.

 

Our Flight Dispatcher students live in modern hotel facilities with breakfast and transportation to and from school included.

 

The Application Form will let us know your complete name, date of birth, city and country of birth, and citizenship. This form must be completed by the student, and then transmitted on-line or Fax to The Institute of Flight Operations and Dispatch.
